New Roof Solutions
Sometimes roofs can become worn out and old. They have been patched and coated several times or become so rusted that they are no longer safe. In these cases, the only option is to replace the roof. This solution is by far the most labor intensive and invasive. The risk of interrupting work inside the building is higher since the roof is being removed and replaced with new materials. In some cases a spray polyurethane foam roof is a viable alternative if the decking is still in good condition. SPF has insulation value and may be an option to reduce long term cooling and heating costs while also mitigating some of the problems associated with tearing off an old roof since a complete tearoff is not always required.
Old Roof Solutions
Many times a roof is still in decent condition, it has just developed problems in specific areas such as seams, edges, screw heads, and obtrusions. Our restoration systems bring new life to your roof without the hassle of replacing the materials and interuppting work inside the building. Additionally, restoring your roof is often more cost effective than replacing while still providing a long term solution with a warranty.
Partial Solutions
Storms and unusual circumstances can cause emergency situations where a roof needs an immediate short term solution. Often insurance takes a time to collect and may cause major damage under the roof. In these cases we can provide temporary solutions that protect the roof from further damage. Patches and service calls do not carry a warranty but they are necessary at times.
