Building Construction
At Nature Lane Roofing we think in roof systems, not just in single products. That means our clients get a customized roof system designed to meet their unique needs. An example of this may mean a rust inhibitor with a rust encasing primer before we start with the normal coating process to prevent any further corrosion. Another case may call for a spray foam system for upgrading a building’s energy rating and reducing the cost of cooling and heating. Lastly, a client could require a decking repair or a complete tear off and reroof. Whatever the issue, NLR will give a complete solution.
Every system we provide is available with a warranty. Each warranty varies based on the system utilized and the surface it was applied to. In a partial repair a warranty will be partial and limited simply because we cannot warranty the work of another company and most partial repairs are short term solutions. Another option for protecting the investment in your roof is to participate in our maintenance program. The cost and details of a maintenance package depend heavily on the type and size of the roof. If roof maintenance such as cleaning gutters and general maintenance are a hassle, this may be an option to consider. Should I replace my metal roof or restore it?
Often metal roofs on commercial buildings last for a long time but they tend to develop leaks at specific problem areas. Screws can loosen or rust with time and cause many small leaks. Anywhere the metal is spliced or cut can cause unpainted metal to rust and given enough time develop leaks. Obtrusions, like an air conditioning unit, can often be a problem area because of their high likelihood of causing leaks first. While some roofs need to be replaced, our metal restoration system is often much more cost efficient and it allows production inside the building to continue during the repair. For a professional opinion, each roof must be inspected and evaluated to determine the best solution.
The roof is leaking, what are my options?
We provide free roof inspections, consultations, and estimates. Sometimes even a big leak is a simple fix or it may be an indication of a bigger problem. The roof may simply need a small repair, a complete restoration or even a reroof.
What kinds of roofing do you do?
NLR specializes in commercial roofing projects which are usually flat or low-slope. Although we don’t typically do residential work, there are exceptions such as flat portions and unique problems. Further specializations include metal roof restoration and a variety of custom projects.
Do you travel for jobs?
Yes. Southern Florida is our home base but we are mobile.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer warranties on our products for up to 20 years. However, a repair or patch can not be warrantied the same as a complete roof restoration or SPF systems.
